Delegates from the IFES network gathered to celebrate the World Summit 2024 of the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services (IFES) from June 18-22, 2023. This year’s summit was a landmark event, marking the 25th annual gathering of IFES and celebrating the organisation’s 40th anniversary. The festivities reached a peak with an extraordinary Gala Dinner held within the historic walls of Castillo Gibralfaro.
A record number of delegates joined this momentous occasion, set against Málaga’s rich cultural heritage and vibrant atmosphere. We had the privilege of supporting the event’s organisation alongside 4foreverything and IFES, celebrating the spirit of progress and connection that defines the IFES community.
We also led the Partner Program and tourism activities, adding layers of connection and local discovery through music, culture, gastronomy, and customised experiences. These elements highlighted the unique charm of Andalucía, making the summit both a productive event and a memorable experience in the region.
