Over two intensive days, representing our client, we held 35 one-to-one meetings with highly relevant prospects, including associations, corporate companies, and event agencies interested in the destination and venue we represented. These high-quality meetings led to the identification of key opportunities for future events and significant progress in submitting bids for upcoming global conferences. Additionally, we successfully expanded our client’s network of contacts, establishing strategic connections that strengthen their position in the industry.
The event, held at the Palma Convention Centre managed by the Meliá hotel chain, was a resounding success. The organisation provided a perfect balance of productive meetings and social activities that fostered networking in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Among the leisure events, highlights included an enjoyable dinner at the charming Son Termes estate, located on the outskirts of Palma, and a spectacular evening cocktail at the iconic Son Moix football stadium, offering attendees a unique and memorable experience.
